So a Portable Grill can also help prevent your team from becoming sick. Who knows what kind of food they are serving and if qualified people are actually behind the counter handling the food. We have a person on our staff who has been qualified in Pa. State Serve Safe program.

That person is Marlin L. There is a very serious problem with how people are so careless with food handling and it’s is getting worse. Read the papers about all these epidemics with a thing called food born illness.

Step one: The grill itself, we will call the part the food cooks on. Take it out of the box wash it in dish detergent then soak in a sanitizer for 15 minutes then let it dry on a clean surface.

Step Two: Marlin L. says, “stay away from chicken. When using your Portable Grill on the road for the team we always had self prepared burgers and even though I don’t like or eat them we had hot dogs.”

Step three: Who ever is cooking be sure to follow the seven steps to washing your hands. Well use soap and make sure while cooking keep your hands away from your mouth. Diseases spread very easily.

Step 4: The food you are cooking should stay in the ice cooler until it is ready to go on the Portable Grill. Please do not let it sit out, take it straight from the cooler to the grill.

Step Five : Repeat step one when you get home.

The Portable Grill is one of the best tools for team spirit that people overlook. Yes sitting around the Portable Grill talking and laughing about plays that took place during the previous game. Gives the coach time to go over anything he wants to talk about while you all together and not running around looking for a place to eat. So yes, the Portable Grill can be the teams best friend.

Serve Safe folks Please do not eat something from a place that is open only 3 months out of the year unless you can see the certificates from the people handling the food.

The Portable Grill can be a good healthy friend to see you make it through the season. Cooking out doors can be a fun experience if done properly. Grab Portable Grill and you will also see how much it adds to your team’s unity.
